ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

DRAYTON

Drayton Nay is a real estate professional, author, and motivational speaker. He has been teaching and wholesaling in Vegas for the past five years and wrote the book on Neighborhood Wholesaling. He is the author and creator of neighborhoodwholesaling.com and the Owner and Creator of FSBO-academy.com. Drayton began working in real estate in 1975 working for March Realty in Willingboro, NJ. He did various odd jobs such as posting for-sale signs in yards. In 1982, he was the starting quarterback for Lenoir Rhyne University but suffered an injury. After getting hurt, he came back home and started his own business. He received this Series 7 and became a stockbroker at 22 years old. In 1985, he bought my first rental property. He then began full-time down in Florida in 2001 and created a system he calls Neighborhood Wholesaling. Over the last decade, he has focused on teaching others how to buy and sell their own Real Estate and teaching others how to wholesale and make a good living for themselves. He’s passionate about the work and helping others find their own success. When he’s not at work or speaking, you may find me working out in the gym or spending time with his son Drayton Jr.
